In the event of a no-show, premature departure or late arrival, the full cost of the booking is payable. The following cancellation terms are applicable.
Bookings cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival – no fees will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Bookings are only confirmed with a 50% deposit, balance payable 21 days from date of check-in. Bookings made without a deposit will be cancelled within 48 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: Where guests have booked multiple units, a 60-day rule will apply to the above policy.
