- We answer all emails and telephone calls on your behalf in a professional manner – the clients don’t even know that they are not dealing with the property directly!
- We capture the reservations on the PMS System for example Nightsbridge, Semper or Benson.
- We do the invoicing and follow up of payments to secure the bookings.
- We do a monthly financial sheet so that you can see how much revenue you received and from which channels. (Optional)
- Our reservation office hours are Monday – Friday 07:00 – 17:00, Saturday & Sunday 08:00 – 13:00, and we are on standby for last-minute bookings.
- We work closely with property managers to make sure all reservation information is clearly communicated before the guests arrive.
- Your account manager (reservation consultant) can also assist with listing performance insights should you opt in for this — giving a clear picture of your marketing strategy and results.
